We represent international clients in cross-border litigation and arbitration, and advise on international business transactions — from questions of applicable law and jurisdiction to the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in Greece.
A significant part of our practice is international succession law, where we regularly assist private clients with cases carrying a cross-border element. We also draft legal opinions on private international law questions and have long-standing experience structuring international commercial contracts.
